I really want to give 1 star to your service but still I gave 3 stars. I think I cant judge your product, because it was never delivered to me. Its a request kindly use some better courier service for your parcel delivery. This Trax company is so lame. Their delivery person never came to deliver the order or even contacted me. I have requested them to deliver my order 5-6 time,but still no response. They just keep updating 'shipment return' status in tracking window without even contacting us. I was really looking forward to it but now I am not interested in your products because of that cheap Trax courier service. Consider using some good courier service for your parcel delivery instead of some cheap company. Don't low your service qualityonly to save some money.This TRAX courier would sure give you great loss.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the return reason and order details.
Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our Warehouse.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
