*All our packages are fully insured and estimated delivery described above applies to orders shipped within Pakistan. The estimated delivery mentioned below for shipping include production time.
We take advance payments on urgent orders and additional PKR 500/- are charged.
Standard Shipping : 7 to 10 working days
Urgent Shipping : 5 to 6 working days

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email / SMS
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the ''Track my order" page with your Order ID and Email.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.

The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

To return an item, please email us at sensationpakistan@gmail.com with the return reason and order details.

Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our Warehouse.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.

During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND?
- Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
